This is week two of doing this, I enjoy it as it just gives me a little reminder of what I've been up to over the week, again as previously said, they won't be one for each day of the week, but just seven of my fave moments throughout the week.

1. Is of course seeing my 'coco' Claudia after so long! I love this girl with all my heart, and this year we celebrate 10 years of friendship! Claud has been off jet setting around the world for the last 5 years, so now she's back, I deffo plan to see her gorgeous self more! Oh and visit Newcastle too! Love you forever and always xo

2. Getting my lips done by Dr Robert, I've already previously done a post about him, so I'm not going to declare my love and happiness anymore ;)

3. Olivia will probably end up in every week as we always catch up, but seeing her and Claud in one day and taking them to one of my favourite eateries in London, the legendary Vapiano, although we skipped dinner and opted for dessert and prosecco, which I'm kinda glad cause now I know how great their tiramisu is!!

4. Going to Kensington Roof Gardens, it wasn't for a night out, but now atleast I know how beautiful it would be in the summer, the place is gorgeous, and I got to see some pink flamingos! Although annoyingly didn't get a great shot of them!

5. Finding out about the brand Beauty UK (randomly noticed them in Superdrug) and actually being impressed by them! On top of being a bargain price, they are actually really good! I tried the CC cream, and was overly impressed with the coverage, and I'm so happy I found a contour pallette that was not only cream based, but cheap enough for me to experiment with, so thanks Beauty UK (haven't tried the other two yet, but I swatched the shadow in store and it seemed fab) Oh and on top of being a bargain buy, it was also buy one get one free! WINNING!

6. Finally purchasing the Benefit 'They're Real' mascara! I'd been umming about this forever, and managed to try the 'Rollerlash' lately and fell in love, so felt I had to buy this one, and doing so at the airport was only right as I got a slight discount, so I'm looking forward to reviewing it!

7. Over packing, and visiting a country I'd never been to before... PORTUGAL

So next week's happy moments I'm sure will be about this trip!

Well I'm on vacay right now, and wayyyyy to many of you have been texting, asking, commenting on photos and private messaging me about my lips, so from now on I will be pasting this link to the next person that asks ;)

After months of wanting to see this guy, and now wondering why I didn't go sooner, on Thursday 5th March, I finally had an appointment with Dr Robert to get my lips done!

Where do I begin... I am so over the moon with the 'lip service' as I like to call it, that I received. So much time and care was taken over my lips. I've seen many different specialists, so I'm not basing my opinion on a first time experience as I've been having my lips done for 3 and a half years.

Dr Robert spent around 45 minutes with me, including finding out what I wanted done to my lips, and working with me to reach the desired outcome, compared to the previous specialist I saw who inserted 1ml of filler into my lips in less than 5 minutes!! This is the only time I had an awful experience, the rest over the years have been great, but I was just shocked to see how much time and care was given with Dr Robert.

After a few moments of laughing about how my top lip was double the size of my bottom, we got to work! Or should I say he got to work, I got to trying to relax my fear of needles.

I opted for 1ml of Juvederm, I go with juverderm as I've used it from the get go (minus that 5 minute appointment where I had teosyal) and I've always been happy with it, and the filler has always lasted in my lips, whether I've left the gap 6 months, or one time when I waited a year, my lips still had life and have never reverted to their natural state.

We also agreed he would put slightly more in the bottom lip, to even my pout. So after the numbing cream had kicked in, he started off with the top lip, in the outer corner working inwards, making tiny incisions of filler (the first time I've noticed it to be so detailed) into the lip, and massaging it in, repeating the other side. Where over the years I've had too much filler in my cupids bow, I've lost the lip shape, so he sharpened my lip line as much as possible without adding to the top area, which might I add I haven't had lip filler inserted there for over a year, thus proving Juverderm lasts on me!

He then continued the same process in the bottom lip, untill he had achieved the perfect pout. I love that he took so much care making sure my lips were full, all the way to the edge, inserting minimal amount at a time and not rushing any of it. He warned me I would probably feel more swollen than usual because I had been pricked more times, but I can honestly say it was the complete opposite as such small amounts were put in, rather than a larger chunk in one place that was then massaged out, the swelling was all equal meaning that I didn't overly notice it.

Also during the procedure the pain was minimal, not sure whether to be thankful for the super strong numbing cream, or that Dr Robert's hands are magical ;) you guys will have to work that one out for yourselves!

It's been four days, and I'm loving my lips, I haven't yet put lipstick on, just vaseline, or moisturising chubby sticks, there's still bits of my lips that are slightly tender if squeezed, but otherwise it's virtually been pain free, and like anyone who's had it done will probably know, sometimes the swelling is the best part as your lips feel so full and amazing haha, sounds completely insane if you've not had them done!!

So my answer is yes, I would completely advise Dr Robert, is that the word I'm looking for... Advise!? I'm having a lil mind blank! Anyways I'm completely happy with the procedure, glad I've finally gone to him, although I guess thankful I've had a worse experience, so I can truly appreciate his work, he's so passionate about what he does, and is the first person to fully take on board what I wanted done also!

Dr Robert, is located on Harley Street in London, and also has appointments available in Chloe's Beauty Bar in Brentwood.

Please do not hesitate to ask him any further questions, also please mention me when doing so, as so so so many of you have been asking me for ages. I will link his site etc, and drop him a message for prices!

Ignore the face, but just prior to visiting Dr Robert...

Difference from the side...

And two from the front...

After scrolling through other blog posts throughout the week, I came across one that caught my eye, by Amber O'Neill at http://www.amber-oneill.blogspot.co.uk which was 'Things that made me happy this week' and I thought it was really cute and reminded me of the time I participated in the '100 Happy Days' challenge, which I thoroughly enjoyed doing.

So I decided to take a piece of that idea, and turn it into '7 Days & 7 Happy Moments' preferably on a Sunday I'll create this post, but it will consist of 7 things that have made  me happy from the Sunday to the following Saturday. This won't necessarily be one for each day, three could happen in one day, but my aim is to select 7 of those special moments, so let's crack on with the previous week!

This one happened the week before, but I need to post it as it was a very happy moment (but I won't count it towards this weeks 7), I went LIVE with my YouTube channel, Only In Chanelle's World!

Please check it out and subscribe, would be much appreciated!! ;)

Back to the last weeks happiness...

1. Going to the Professional Beauty Show in London at The ExCel, I vlogged about it and you can check that out HERE I went on the first day with my boy, and second day with a friend. I managed to get a few goodies, one of them being the Clarins gift set, which was sold out when I went to get it last year. It consisted of one of my favourite perfumes and a cream, shower gel and make up bag.

2. Also at The Pro Beauty Show, I found the best smelling candle EVER! I mean we all know I, like most, love a Yankee Candle, but this smell was just incredible that it deserves its own shout out! It's an Elemis Candle, it smells so strong and therapeutic. They had them lit at the show, and I smelt them a mile off, only wish I'd stocked up on them! Can't wait for my flat to be drowning in the smell of a relaxing spa!

3. A Marc B Handbag, I've been needing 1 a new handbag for ages as my Louis is ripped and practically looks fake, but 2, I've also needed a black handbag for a very long time, as everytime I buy one it breaks. This one is a little smaller than what I'd usually use, but I'm hoping it will mean I'll carry less... We'll see!

4. Finally after years, being prescribed the correct cream! I suffer with seborrhoeic dermatitis (like eczema). Now I only get this when I'm extremely stressed, which according to my face, has only bedn twice in my life. The first time in 2011 in the final months of uni, training every day, working 5 nights a week, and trying to complete a dissertation when I'm not academic was just way too challenging and my whole face was covered in rashes, I was given every medicine, but the only thing thst eventually cleared it was e45, and I guess finally graduating, but I suffered for at least a year on and off. The second time being a couple of weeks ago, an incident happened and it was really stressing me out about where I live, and the people surrounding that area and feeling extremely unsafe, well as soon as I told the doctor my seborrhoeic dermatitis was coming up on my chin, she straight away responded with have you been stressed, and gave me a cream for it, which so far is doing the trick, it went down massively, although came up ever so slightly when I missed a day, but I'm just so thankful I finally have something that seems to be working, as watching my face break out just adds to my stress! Just shows if you think your coping okay with something, your body can tell you otherwise!

5. A night out with the girls, as I've aged, my partying days have practically retired with me, but lately I have had a few 'frandom' ones, including a midweek night out at West End club DSTRKT. We started off with a gorgeous meal in the restaurant side if the club, and headed on through and partied the night away, and then finished off in The Mayflower Chinese restaurant, which is the after party eatery that I hadn't been to in years! #ThrowBack

6. My MAC Cosmetics Pro Beauty Card arrived! I gots me some discount, cause I'm a professional!!

7. And lastly having the Wife come around the flat! We always try to do weekly dates, but this time was super nice, as she came around really early and we got ready together, then went out for coffee, then headed off to set for an afternoon of filming! <3 xo

My aim is to try to do this post weekly, but admittedly I have been so busy with preparing YouTube videos, I've been strugggling to keep them both up to date!

I need to just learn to make shorter posts!

Anywho...

Anyone who is anyone will love trying new products, so after ordering my Mum a magazine subscription of Elle Decoration for Christmas and receiving a free L'occitane shampoo and conditioner set, I was over the moon when my Mum allowed me to keep it!

And after trying it, I was even higher above that moon!

Oooooo it's a special little product!

Let's start with the packaging, they come in a tinted green bottle, which actually makes it feel really organic, I'm not even a fan of the colour green, but it does remind me of nature and makes me feel clean and healthy, and the label is pink, and well we all know how i feel about pink stuff, the lid is a silver flip top, with a pearlescent effect, leaving the bottle smart and appealing to the eye, but not over done, and the hole in the lid is the right size to squeeze the perfect amount out.

Talking of squeezing the perfect amount, I can 100% say this product goes a long, long way. I poured a small amount into my hand, leaving the bottle open, as I was expecting to use this for my roots only, and it lathered up and literally spread to the ends of my hair, which my hair is medium length and quite thick, so I was highly surprised! At that point my partner walked in to say goodbye and leave for work and I was like you need to take a snap of my hair!!

It felt luxurious, the lather was so soft and full, and usually when you rinse out your hair, it can feel quite dry before conditioning, as it has been stripped of all the natural oils, but it still felt moistured and I could run my fingers through it.

The conditioner did not disappoint either, fully moisturising, got quite a lot out of the amount used, the scent is beautiful, again clean, refreshing. After rinsing out my hair, it felt hydrated, almost like the product hadn't been fully rinsed out, but without leaving the heavy residue.

I always blow dry and straighten my locks, but even when I took it out of the towel, my curls looked full of life, thick and bouncy, and it even for that split second made me want to leave my hair curly, but then the realisation quickly kicked in, that I hadn't done that in over 5 years and wouldn't know how to handle it!

But I just felt good, even usually the day I wash my hair I normally have to have it tied back as it can go a bit cray cray, but I opted for the half up, half down, and it seemed to hold, even considering it was like the windiest day ever!

The shampoo and conditioner claims to help repair, strengthen and protect dry and damaged hair, so I can't wait to see how my hairs doing after a few weeks of using it, as I'm loving it already, and the product also contains 5 essential oils which are, Ylang-Ylang, Sweet Orange, Lavender, Geranium and Angelica, and have Plant- derived restructuring amino acids, which I say win, win for the product and the scent!

So thank you L'occitane for working with Elle, Mum, for wanting the magazine, Mum for also giving me the complimentary items, and maybe myself for buying you it as a pressie ;)

I have the L'occitane repairing shampoo in 300ml and the conditioner in 250ml, both RRP at £16 each, which is extremely good value for money, and you can also purchase different sized bottles from the L'occitane website,

If you guys have tried any of their other amazing products, please feel free to let me know what you like best!?

Makeup Revolution London, is a new brand, and seems to be going from strength to strength since it first launched, and on the plus side, it is actually a British brand, so congrats on your success so far.

Everytime I read someone's blog, Makeup Revolution is always being mentioned, complimented and raved about! So I felt I needed to try me a piece of the hype!

I started of with a few simple eye products, I purchased their double flick liquid eyeliner, their inner eye brightener and their focus and fix eye primer...

I love them all, it's sooo handy that the liquid eyeliner actually comes with two different sized felt nibs, I use the thin side for creating my flick, and the thicker side for colouring in, it also means it's super handy if you feel your flick is too thick, the thin side will the lengthen out the tip of your flick for an instant point finish.

This eyeliner retails at £3.50 which is an absolute bargain anyway, never mind for two liners essentially! I've had this product months and it's still going strong and full of life, so I am overly impressed with this liner, and how easy it is to use.

My lil eyeliner collage!

The eye brightener pen comes in a nude colour, I suppose it's almost like wearing a white eyeliner in the lower waterline of your eye, but less dramatic as nude is a bit more minimalistic, in the collage above, I am wearing the eye brightener on the top right corner picture, and bottom right too. This product is sold for £2.50, which again is another bargain, especially if you want to trial this type of inner eyeliner.

Now onto the focus & fix eye primer, I love this little beauty, it brings out the colour and staying power in all my eyeshadows, I'll avoid it if I'm wearing a cream eyeshadow, but mattes and shimmers it's just great for. I also have a dark eyelid because of my colouring so I'm usually putting on loads of concealer before even getting to my eyeshadow, whereas with this I don't even bother, it's also great as I use a really moisturising cream, so without my foundation and powder, products would probably slide off so this offers me full colour and security, the applicator is such an easy shape to just glide on, and the colour is really appealing on the eye too, even if I do go and then cover it up!

This item is £2.50 and comes in three varieties, original, matte & brighten, the brighten which I have is perfect for metallic shadows, as it gives that extra oomph, compared to the other two.

Here is my swatch of all of them, and you can see how black the eyeliners are, and how gorgeous the colour of the primer is.

Following on in the eye department I treated myself to a 12 piece eyeshadow redemption pallette iconic 3, now I had spent several weeks, pondering upon the idea of buying a Naked pallette, and we all know about these and after looking into the different colours of the pallettes, I fell in live with Naked 3, and as much as I do love to buy expensive make up at times, the thought of spending that kind of money on eyeshadow in my current situation of life is a no way hose situ! I'd spend around the £25 mark on foundation, powders etc, but spending £37 on the Naked eyeshadow set is a no go, until yesterday when my life turned around...

I've always headed over to the Makeup Revolution counter in Superdrug, but I guess I've never overly studied their eye shadow pallettes until... Dupe Alert, Smile Alert, Heart Skips a Beat Alert! Low and behold staring right at me is Makeup Revolution's very own version of the Naked 3 pallette.... All for £4..... In stock, just waiting for me! I grabbed one and headed for the tills!

As I only purchased this yesterday, I haven't yet worn the shadows, but I felt it was only right I swatched the pallette of pearls, mattes and shimmers, the colours are beautiful, and as you can see on the swatch, every colour is individual, I wanted to take a photo with the flash on so you could see how they reflect in the light, and one without.

This brand is perfect for people experimenting with makeup, as the quality is superb and the price is a dream, so you really get the opportunity to try out different products, I've got my eye on some of their blushes, and this year I'm really looking into contouring, so can't wait to give the rest of the collection a go, and on top of that, the packaging is sleek and professional, just like the product!

And please let me know any of their products you guys like!
