Happy Fri-YAY!!

Hope you are all well and ready for the weekend!?

I'm working again, but this time on the NFL at Wembley, which always excites me as the atmosphere is phenom, the American fans really know how to bring it, so maybe you'll get a blogpost on that in the future, but for now, I just wanted to do a quick post on my 'go to' smoothie recipe!

I love the taste, and as it's thick, I also find it extremely filling, this doesn't include veg or other protein powders or seeds, but it's just a fruit smoothie I love the taste of, and really enjoy drinking!


And it looks so pretty!

Anyway, let me let you in on how I create it.


Ingredients




A handful of strawberries, washed and chopped.

A handful of raspberries, washed and chopped.

1 banana, sliced.

3-4 spooned chunks of Fage 0% Greek yoghurt.

6 Ice cubes.


I then blend this in my Breville, Blend-Active blender and I'm good to go!

This blender comes with two bottles, so I can either take it away with me as soon as it's blended and drink it from the bottle, or transfer it to a cute glass like above.
