I have found this beauty of a combination to wake me up in the morning without even having a drop of caffeine!!

For a while I have been a fond user of The Body Shop's Vineyard Peach Cream Body Scrub (and obvz alllllllll their other products) and will use it a couple of times a week to remove any dead skin cells and have a thorough refresh!

Well after using this product, I then used Original Source Mint and Tea Tree shower gel, we've all used this shower gel growing up, and know what it's like but after exfoliating then using it, then rinsing my body with coolish water, the kick was unreal! I woke up that's for sure!

This combination is lethal... In a good way ;) I couldn't get over how alive and refreshed I felt, my skin was tingling and I felt great!

The Vineyard Peach Cream Body Scrub has small exfoliating seeds that are gentle enough not to cause damage or pain, but firm enough to get a proper exfoliation, and the scent is beautiful, a definite must have and can be purchased here at THE BODY SHOP it retails originally at £13 but has been on sale for £6.50 and at the time of posting this they have a whopping extra 40% off too.

You can get the Original Source Shower Gel in most drugstores and quite often they are on offer, I always grab a handful when they are going for around £1! How insane that there is 7,927 real mint leaves packed into the mint and tea tree shower gels, no wonder they literally are so tingly, they are vegan approved and packed with essential oils leaving skin completely refreshed and hydrated at the same time.

I'm so glad I tried these together for extra impact, although you have to pluck up the courage to prepare for the tinglyness, it's deffo something I can rely on when I have those 6am call times!
